Abstract

COVID-19 has generated an unprecedented economic and social crisis. For the ILO, the employment crisis numerically exceeds that left after the second World War, hence the need implement labor protection mechanisms to protect workers and their main sources of satisfaction of needs. Wages. Cuba has implemented social protection measures aimed at protecting workers ́ job stability. Likewise, it has meant adapting the work organization and its legal rules to the new normal and to equitable protection for all economic actors.
