ANÁLISIS DE CORRELACIÓN PARA IDENTIFICAR LA RESILIENCIA DE LOS EGRESADOS DEL CUVM EN EL CAMPO LABORAL

The tracking of the university graduate people has been considered a valuable instrument to wide and deep on the knowledge
about the relation between higher education and the labor market.
Our objective was based on the concept -resilience-, of the graduate people from the CUVM at the labor field.
Our database was integrated by 156 people enrolled into the online tracking system called designed for this purpose in 2015. The
questionnaire included 47 variables, from there we selected only those that accomplish our statistical parameters (correlation
index r = 0.50 and a p value < .05). To do the input and statistical analysis we use the software, Dyane.
The relevance of our study may be centered on the CUVM graduates ́ ability to overcome the challenges, adversities and
obstacles faced by them in the labor field, from the academic preparation to the continuous professional training along their
labor life. We found evidence of resilient factors regarding the attributed responsibility of UAEM, to give them the updating
professional tools offering updating courses, instead of being they -graduates- responsibility to look for on their own how to
cover that updating need, searching and applying for the available options in the market
Also, we found that the academic preparation was good enough in the CUVM, acquiring the knowledge to get a job, however,
they recognized that the professional updating is important to improve their opportunities to get a better job from the
opportunities in the market
