El EL ASSESSMENT CENTER PARA LA EVALUACIÓN DE LAS COMPETENCIAS ADQUIRIDAS POR LOS ESTUDIANTES DE NIVEL SUPERIOR
The Assessment Center becomes an interesting method to measure the degree of development of the competences acquired by the students of superior level, through a set of predefined situations. This technique allows to find a better adaptation of the future graduates to the labor profile, from a competence perspective. For this reason, the objective of this paper is to analyze from a descriptive theoretical approach of the Assessment Center as a technique for evaluating the competencies of students in their university training process.
