In the globalized world there are different challenges that become experts in being competitive. It is an organization or company at a national or international level. To count on quality as something inherent in a good or a service for this better performance in its operation and durability, complying with the diversity of the rules and the necessary rules for the needs of the answers.
This project arises thanks to the idea of designing and improving the way of carrying out the processes within the department of
statistical and computer planning of the Sanitary Jurisdiction Atizapán de Zaragoza, all the changes and analyzes will aim to
standardize and integrate all the information within this department and in the medical units that are attached to this jurisdiction through the development of a strategic logistics model where the main goal is the reduction of time and service kpi's, the design and development of this model will be carried out.
The Department of Planning, Statistics and Informatics is responsible for improving the process of basic information, giving
advice on procedures. In this department all information related to medical units belonging to the health jurisdiction of Atizapán
de Zaragoza is centralized and sent to a system where information is consulted by all who have interest to know of any situation belonging to medical units, also serve as a support for the knowledge of the movements that are made within it.
