Goodnesses of Structural Equations in the Managing of Perceived Satisfaction in EL Aljibe Restaurant

The present work creates a model that allows to analyze clients’ satisfaction as a multidimensional variable in El Aljibe Restaurant, by using the structural equations models. Attributes with highest influence in the perceived satisfaction are identified, allowing the company to concentrate resources and efforts in order to raise the value provided to the clients. An index of general satisfaction is also created, which uses a different valuation for the analyzed attributes, as each attribute influences the clients‛ satisfaction differently.
