Notas sobre el género Penicillus, (Udoteaceae, Chlorophyta) para Cuba

El género Penicillus está representado en Cuba por cuatro especies, P. capitatus Lamarck, P. dumetosus (J.V. Lamouroux) Blainville, P. lamourouxii Decaisne y P. pyriformis A. & E. Gepp y por dos formas, P. capitatus f. laxus Børgesen y P. dumetosus f.expansus Børgesen. En este trabajo se adicionan dos formas más al género, como nuevos registros, P. capitatus f. elongatus (Decaisne) A. Gepp & E. Gepp y P. pyriformis f. explanata Børgesen. Para cada especie se incluyen datos nomenclaturales, localidad tipo, descripción, esquemas, ejemplares representativos examinados y una clave dicotómica para la identificación de taxones.
