De las demandas laborales a la anticipación curricular: revisión sistemática sobre competencias para la empleabilidad

La transformación digital, la automatización y la reconfiguración del trabajo exigen a la Educación Superior mecanismos para traducir señales laborales en decisiones curriculares. Se realizó una revisión sistemática con mapeo de evidencia y síntesis analítica anidada, siguiendo PRISMA 2020 y criterios PICOS. Se utilizo las bases de datos de Scopus y Web of Science las cuales aportaron 1.496 registros. Se priorizó un subcorpus Top 50 mediante pertinencia PICOS, evidencia laboral, relación currículo-prospectiva, impacto bibliométrico, utilidad metodológica, indexación y acceso verificable. Predominó la evidencia actual frente a la actual y prospectiva, con concentración en Administración, negocios y derecho y Salud y bienestar. La síntesis identificó un núcleo competencial transversal, configuraciones diferenciadas por campos CINE y una triple brecha mercado-graduado, mercado-currículo y presente-futuro. Se propone provisionalmente el MACP-CINE, centrado en la capacidad institucional de anticipación curricular como contribución teórica de síntesis y sujeto a validación empírica.
