Revisión Sistemática sobre programas para la mejora del logro académico en universitarios

Resumen

La presente revisión sistemática tuvo como objetivo identificar y analizar programas e intervenciones que han demostrado la mejora del logro académico en estudiantes universitarios. Se empleó el modelo PICO y la guía PRISMA 2020 para establecer los criterios de selección, con artículos publicados entre 2020 y 2025 en bases de datos como Scopus, Web of Science, ProQuest y SciELO. Tras un riguroso proceso de cribado, se seleccionaron 19 artículos que abordaron diversas estrategias: gamificación, aprendizaje activo, tutoría psicológica, uso de inteligencia artificial (como ChatGPT), realidad aumentada, programas de escritura académica y razonamiento clínico. Los resultados mostraron efectos positivos en el logro académico, a través de la intervención de factores vinculados a la motivación, autorregulación, pensamiento crítico y rendimiento académico. Se concluye que las intervenciones más efectivas son aquellas que abordan factores motivacionales, reducen la carga cognitiva y a autoeficacia, advirtiéndose heterogeneidad metodológica que limita la generalización de los hallazgos.
