Gestión administrativa y satisfacción laboral: Caso de Estudio, Empresa Administración y Planificación Inmobiliaria S.A

La gestión administrativa es un elemento clave en el desempeño organizacional por su influencia en la motivación y satisfacción del talento humano. El estudio analizó su incidencia en la satisfacción laboral del personal administrativo de la empresa Administración y Planificación Inmobiliaria S.A., en Quito. Se desarrolló una investigación con enfoque mixto, diseño no experimental, transversal y descriptivo, aplicada a una muestra censal de 15 trabajadores. Se empleó un cuestionario Likert de 20 ítems y una entrevista semiestructurada al gerente general. Los datos cuantitativos se analizaron mediante estadística descriptiva y correlación de Spearman, y los cualitativos mediante análisis de contenido. Los resultados evidenciaron percepciones mayormente neutrales sobre planificación, liderazgo y comunicación, junto con niveles moderados de satisfacción laboral. Se identificó una correlación positiva alta y significativa entre gestión administrativa y satisfacción laboral.
