Propuesta pedagógica basada en TIC para el desempeño docente en EBA, Chiclayo 2024

El objetivo de la investigación fue elaborar una propuesta pedagógica sustentada en el uso de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC), con el fin de fortalecer el desempeño de los docentes en la Educación Básica Alternativa (EBA) de Chiclayo. La investigación presenta un enfoque cuantitativo con diseño básico no experimental y descriptivo propositivo. Para la recolección de datos se aplicó un cuestionario validado y con alta confiabilidad. El diagnóstico inicial evidenció que la mayoría de docentes se ubicaba en niveles de desempeño bajos y medios, lo que reveló la necesidad de reforzar la capacitación continua en aspectos didácticos y metodológicos. La propuesta ha sido validada por expertos y se centró en incorporar de manera frecuente recursos tecnológicos y el manejo de plataformas digitales. Además, promovió el trabajo colaborativo y la interacción en línea mediante herramientas como Zoom, Teams y Meet.
