NEUTROSOPHIC ANALYSIS OF THE PROCESS OF NURSING CARE IN THE UNIVERSITY TRAINING IN ECUADOR: PERSPECTIVES FROM EXPERTS AND STUDENTS

The robustness of the healthcare system in any country is directly linked to the training level of its professionals and,
therefore, their job performance. Among these professionals, nursing staff play a crucial role. In their university education,
the Nursing Care Process stands out as the primary method, acting as an essential link among all the elements necessary for
optimal performance. Proper implementation of its stages, phases, and components ensures adequate care for each patient,
accurate diagnosis by the medical team, and appropriate procedure. This research explores the capabilities of Neutrosophic
Science, using its advances to more precisely address existing problems. A study on the Nursing Care Process in nursing
education in Ecuador is conducted, considering the perspective of experts in university training of this field and specialty,
as well as opinions of students from five different groups selected from various regions of the country.
