Abstract

In the dynamic current educational scenario, the educational quality has charged great relevance, highlighting the innovation like a
fundamental key for its achievement. The integration of the Technologies of the Information and Communication (TIC) sets up as an essential pillar, not only for the introduction of tools, but for their impact in the deep reconfiguration of the process of teaching and learning. This transformation goes beyond the mere inclusion of devices, demanding a redefinition of pedagogic paradigms to propitiate a dynamic teaching, participating and adaptive. So, it implies an integral revision of practical pedagogic, fomenting the creativity, the critical thought and the collaboration among students, adapting to a society in constant change. The effectiveness of this integration resides in the capacity of empower inclusive and personalized teaching strategies. Nevertheless, their success does not depend uniquely on technical abilities, but of an integral formation that promotes digital competition and abilities to discern, to create and to collaborate in a world in constant digital evolution. In this context, the present work explores the dynamic evolution of the education, being focused n its transformation toward a model that aspires to the excellence and adapt to the evolutionary demands of the XXI century. In the article we intend a method to measure the quality of the education with the help of the technical fuzzy linguistic SERVQUAL SERVQUAL is a very accepted method for measuring quality, which combined with fuzzy methods allows us to take into account the uncertainty in the measurement.
