This paper shows up a work developed in the county of Benguela, Republic of Angola. As case matter, it was considering the Statistical Applied discipline that it is imparting in ISCED of Benguela. To determine the present state of their empiric teaching- learning process (interviews, pedagogic tests) and statistical methods they used. This paper pretend to show how to carry out the quantitative study, applying statistical tools one variable and multivariate as the Analysis of Main Components for Categorical Data, which allowed to verify the indicators (variables) that more weight had in the valuations emitted by the students in the instruments.
