Abstract

In this paper a mathematical model is presented, it describes the dynamic of the cultive of PeniciliumFuniculosum (PF), in a shaked fermenter of the BATCH type, at laboratory scale, whith the aims of giving a first approximation to the description of the transformations which occur in the fermentation process, in the production of the enzyme Glucosa Oxidasa. The modelation uses a system of differential equations that describes in a very general way the phenomena where the parameters, which values
are estimated by means of optimization methods and the numerical solution of the involved equations, using experimental data of the initial values of the parameters for fitting the model. This approach is one of the novelties of the paper, in the context of applications and in the general way of treating the estimation parametrs problem
