Abstract

The coarse amount of models, to solve the transportation problem of a single product, allows to affirm that this is one of the more studied problems, of research operations, but it does not happen the same to the case of multiple products. Although the case has studied where, assimilating the multiple product transportation problem to the one of a single product, the investigation has been centered in a formal exposition of the multiple product transportation problem, and some methods of solution have been
suggested, only for special cases, that allows some simplification. Located in this situation, in this investigation it is persecuted like objective, to present a model of solution to the multiple product transportation problem, where it is not limited only to special cases, but that it is able to solve the problem considering different factors, and where it becomes use of the global programming
