Good distribution route design is a fundamental activity in the logistic process; however, there are still entities that carry them out manually. This is made through the experience gained by the specialists in charge of the design, a single effective measure is just borne in mind: minimizing costs. This solution is far from reaching the optimal value, since it prevents from handling all the information on the elements that make up the system and the restrictions which characterize it. Nowadays the Total Quality,
Marketing and Logistics approach, considers, the client’s satisfaction as one of its fundamental pillars, but the problem of the design of routes becomes a multicriterial problem: minimizing distance, maximizing the client’s satisfaction. The multicriterial approach of the problem of distribution routes, as well as the use of a computational support for helping the design of route, based on a heuristics method whose foundation is the coefficient of saved distance or saved, with offers a fast and particularly effective answer for this problem, is presented in this paper
