UN PROGRAMA PARA EL CÁLCULO PROSPECTIVO DE LA POTENCIA EN EL DISEÑO DE EXPERIMENTOS

Abstract

In this work a program to determine the prospective power is proposed. The evaluation of the power is in the context of the design of experiments and the non centrality parameter defined by Scheffé(1959) is used to computing the corresponding probabilities with the non central F distribution. The program is elaborated in Matlab code. For different conditions given by the researcher this program shows tables and graphics of the power for a better visualization of the results. This program is useful in the phase of design of an experiment, especially for the factorial experiments in its different modalities
