Abstract

In this article the main characteristics are described from a support system to the decision which is designed with the purpose of supporting the assignment process of personal in the software organizations. The tool sustains a formal model of assignment that integrates factors that contribute to the individual assignment to the roles of the project and the formation of the team as a whole, as well as some of the methods and solution algorithms possible to implement. The tool developed in Java, possesses a friendly and flexible interface, able to treat the factors as objectives as well as restrictions, and for adjusting parameters of the model
