The present work was developed in the Company Cattle Valle of the Perú, of the municipality San José of the Lajas, country Mayabeque and he had as objective to apply technical of the Statistical-Computational Modulation for the diagnosis and the establishment of strategies of analysis of the socioeconomic sustainability in the same one. He was carried out a diagnosis on the situation of the social and economic dimensions through the employment of the main DAFO and the software DAFO 1.0. The information of the social and economic dimensions was gathered through the database of the indicators of the Company, being processed and analyzed by means of the techniques of the Multivariate Statistical of Analysis of Principal Components for categorical data (CATPCA) and the Categorical Regression (CATREG) implemented, in the software SSPS version 19.0. They are identified and they analyze the main obstacles of the Company, which contribute that the strategy defensive-offensive is the most appropriate, indicating that the strengths and the opportunity should be taken advantage of having state priority, to stop the threat of the workers' desertion. The variables that more they s and out they are those related with the composition of the human resources and the gender. The construction and implementation of the software ANSOST1.0, using the Visual Studio (2010) and the programming language CSharp, presented good acceptance on the part of the directive of the Company and users.
