APLICACIÓN DEL CATPCA PARA EL ESTUDIO DE LA SOSTENIBILIDAD DE LA EMPRESA PECUARIA VALLE DEL PERÚ

Abstract

This work was developed in the Valley Livestock Company Peru , the municipality of San José de las Lajas in the province aimed Mayabeque and apply Principal Component Analysis for categorical data for diagnosis and establishment of strategies for sustainability analysis in thereof. Information of social, economic and environmental through the database of indicators of company size was collected, being processed and analyzed by calculating the ratio of the size and overall sustainability through software and ANSOST1.0 model of Multivariate Statistics Principal Component Analysis for categorical data (CATPCA) implemented in the SSPS version 22.0 software. The variables that stand out are those related to the composition of human resources, gender and economic. These results are useful for company managers because they can make better decisions about the behavior of the core activities of the company.
