INTEGRACIÓN DE LA SIMULACIÓN, LA REGRESIÓN Y LA OPTIMIZACIÓN MULTIOBJETIVO PARA DETERMINAR LOS RECURSOS EN UN BANCO
Keywords:
Simulation, Linear Regression, Multi-Objective Optimization, Goal ProgrammingAbstract
In this paper is shown the integrated use of simulation, regression and multi-objective optimization, specifically goal programming, for the "optimal" resource values in a bank that serves the people and regional entities and in which it has been determined that the service is reduced due to the existence of delays in customers waiting time for the service, as well as the number of served customers.
A procedure of simulation-optimization combining industrial engineering tools is used for diagnosis and description of the case study
and analysis of the results with the techniques referred. The results obtained confirm that both the procedure used and applied techniques are feasible to determine the amount of resources, so that adequate use of them and ensure a level of service that meets the expectations of the customers.
