Abstract

The neoliberal policies implemented in Mexico for more than three decades require an economic and social analysis to determine what has happened to the labor market and how these policies of macroeconomic adjustment have behaved in the local or regional environment; in this case, the State of Tlaxcala. The purpose of this paper is to present a proposal for a methodological procedure for the analysis of the labor market in Tlaxcala, mainly in the transitory period of government of 1996-2002, for the period of social impact policies for labor insertion in the entity.
